Panel Swap v.3.11 Beta

For those who remember way back in May 2007 Wayne started a new panel swap, it was to be our 3rd such panel swap. As often happens, the deadline came and went without the swap actually taking place. There was talk of a panel swap 4, but how can we have a 4th one without getting the 3rd done?

So, the answer is to have a rerun of Panel Swap 3 with the all new Panel Swap v.3.11 Beta. So here goes...

It begins today, right now and it will close on February 14th 2010, Valentine's Day. Any entries not in by the closing date don't get in to the swap this time... if it ain't done, it don't get swapped.

Panels must also include The sign site- panel swap No 3 somewhere. (Now edited to Panel Swap v.3.11 Beta if you didn't make a panel last time!)

That sort of thing..the content -format- size- (remember-You have to post it..maybe overseas) and material are up to you.

So if you want to join in, reply to this thread, tell us you're in... but bear in mind that this has a strict deadline that is a little over 4 weeks away...

Anyone, and I mean anyone on here can enter, it doesn't matter what your skill level is, get yourself joined in. It can be something really simple, something fancy, something vinyl, something painted... as long as its a panel, it follows the rules Wayne set out and most importantly that you're happy to post it when the names are drawn with who you're swapping with.

Lets make Wayne proud and as many of us get involved in this one... when all the entries are in, we'll have a vote on who's is best and there'll be a prize... then it's over to Wayne to pull the names out of the hat and decide who is swapping with who!

P.S. Minor difference to previous swaps... as soon as your panel is done, grab a piccy of it and get it posted up in this thread... we're gonna need to see them so we judge which is the prize winner! Remember... 14th February 2010... no excuses, thats the deadline and even if there are 2 entries, the swap will go ahead. (it'd make selecting who is swapping with who a bit pointless if there are only two though )

The deadline this time is set in stone this time... it's February 14th... even if it 5 minutes to midnight, its in... but the panel has to be made and a picture of it has to be posted here for it to be a valid entry.
